Reshaped the business beyond the traditional customer segment through business transformation and organisational redesign, helping to deliver fivefold revenue growth during my tenure while halving the FTE required to run the organisation.

Directed business operations through KPI-led daily management and structured problem solving across the value chain, while tracking NPS continuously for four years and improving it from negative territory to more than two years of positive performance, most recently reaching an all-time high of 69 based on more than 2,000 customer responses.

Delivered triple-digit sales growth for three consecutive years through digital growth strategy and go-to-market execution, increasing the cluster from EUR 7m to EUR 42m and making it one of Philips' strongest D2C markets globally.

Led the RFP process for the DACH Philips Consumer Online Shop together with procurement, evaluating agencies including Arvato, Astound, and Hatraco.

Managed a EUR 12m advertising and promotion budget and defined activation strategies for major campaigns including Black Friday and Christmas.
